We bring people together (friends, neighbours, large employers and small local businesses) and create a network of giving.

Individual gifts are combined to make meaningful and important investments in our community.

We then work with our local partners and help them provide the services most needed in our community so that your gift is truly used to make things better.

WHY GIVE TO THE BRANT UNITED WAY.

Mobilize Resources

Everyone has a way to help. It is our job to make it happen.

Invest Locally

We provide funding for important services that might not be possible without Brant United Way.

Evaluate Impact

We follow up to make sure the funding had a meaningful impact on our community.

2018 Campaign Goal

To celebrate our 70th campaign, our goal is to invest $70,000 more into local charities.  This is over and above our current funding committments.  With your help, this year can have the single greatest impact yet!

How we make it better

Brant Food For Thought contributes to the learning potential of over 9,700 children and youth each week as hundreds of volunteers serve nutritious snacks and meals in local schools. This would not be possible without our Volunteer Management Program, which is funded by Brant United Way.

How we make it better

Big Brothers Big Sisters - Big Brothers Big Sisters of Grand Erie provides youth with a mentor, role model and friend when they need it most. With over 400+ youth matched, we still have nearly 250 on our waitlist. Without funding from Brant United Way, hundreds of youth dealing with isolation would continue to feel alone.

How we make it Better

Brant Skill - Each year, Brant Skills Centre supports 600+ people further their education, improve their job prospects or simply gain new skills that make their lives fuller and happier. Without Brant United Way, we would have to turn people away, rather than helping them turn things around.
