Volunteers are required for the day prior to the show, dinner set-up and take down, show day, and post-show take down. Shifts are arranged in various time slots, and a full day commitment is not required. Volunteers receive a complimentary parking pass and T-Shirt.

There will be an evening volunteer meeting held on August 21st at 7:00 p.m. in the training room at the Brantford Municipal Airport Flight Centre. Volunteers will receive show information and instructions, duties, pick up passes, shirts and meet with their committee leader.
